How old do I need to be to rent?

You must be 25 years or older with a full, unrestricted driver licence.

Can someone else drive the car?

Only drivers approved and listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Unauthorised drivers are not permitted under any circumstances.

How much is the bond and how is it taken?

The bond is specified to each vehicle and is taken as a pre-authorisation on your card.
Funds are not charged unless deductions are required.

When will my bond be released?

Bond releases typically take 2–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How many kilometres are included?

You receive specified km limit per day, based on your vehicle of choice.
Additional kilometres are charged at specified amounts per km over given limit.

Can I drive the Great Ocean Road?

Yes, the Great Ocean Road is the primary experience we cater for.
Please plan your distance to stay within your km allowance.

Can I drive on gravel or unsealed roads?

No.
Unsealed or gravel roads are strictly prohibited.

What fuel does the car take?

98 Premium Unleaded only.
Incorrect fuel use will result in repair costs and fees.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No.
Smoking or vaping in the vehicle will result in cleaning fees and possible bond deductions.

What happens if the car is damaged?

Any new damage identified after return may result in:

• bond deductions
• repair charges
• insurance claims (if applicable)

All damage is assessed using inspection photos and evidence.

Is the car tracked or recorded?

Yes.
The vehicle is fitted with dashcam and GPS systems for safety, insurance, and security purposes.

What if I return the car late?

Late returns may incur additional fees or an extra day’s charge.
If you are running late, contact us immediately.

What happens if I exceed the km limit?

Excess kilometres are charged at specified amounts if provided km’s are exceed and deducted from the bond.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery may be available by request and is subject to additional fees.
